We will develop a specific set of activities designed to identify where existing practices need to be enhanced, or new information protection & privacy practices need to be integrated throughout relevant projects, processes and operations.  We work closely with your team throughout this effort, so they gain increased awareness of information protection & privacy concerns during the development of customized plans.

Gap Analysis

A common avoidable pitfall is assuming that your information protection & privacy practices are sufficient or unimportant just because an unaddressed risk has not yet materialized. As a natural follow on to the Information Handling Analysis, a Gap Analysis, identifies specific actions to address gaps in the current environment. This detailed Gap Analysis, based on fact rather than assumption, provides your organization with the actionable and defensible understanding of where current practices need to be enhanced to fully meet your organization’s information & protection privacy responsibilities.

Implementation Plan

Every organization needs to make choices about the priority and pace of implementing enhancements identified through Gap Analysis activities. The risk tolerance of the organization along with other priorities will be considered during the development of a recommended implementation plan. The resulting plan will be created to a level of detail that allows your organization to take direct ownership for implementation, or provides you the option to engage a trusted third party to directly manage or execute your organization’s change effort.
