Gap Analysis

A natural follow on to our Information Handling Analysis, a Gap Analysis, identifies specific actions to address gaps in the current environment that expose your organization to the risk of a data breach or regulatory non-compliance.  A Gap Analysis also helps your organization avoid common, but avoidable, pitfalls stemming from dangerous information protection & privacy assumptions or lack of preparation in response to changing regulation.  This detailed Gap Analysis, based on fact rather than assumption, provides your organization with the actionable and defensible understanding of where current practices need to be enhanced to fully meet your organization’s information & protection privacy responsibilities.

Implementation Plan

Every organization needs to make choices about the priority and pace of implementing enhancements identified through Gap Analysis activities. Organizational risk tolerance along and operational priorities are considered during the development of a recommended implementation plan. The resulting plan will be created to a level of detail that allows your organization to take direct ownership for implementation, or provides you the option to engage a trusted third party to directly manage or execute your organization’s change effort.
